Nicola Chambers - Senior Partner
Nicola has been with the firm since moving to Yorkshire in 1987 having qualified in 1972. She deals with property work of all types, especially commercial and company matters.

Alan Davidson - Partner
Alan qualified in 1989 and joined our litigation department in 1997. He is now partner in charge of the litigation department.

Debra Brown - Partner
Debra qualified in 1998 and joined the firm in August 2004 to manage our Family Law department, of which she is now in charge. She was appointed a partner in 2006.

Andrew Lane - Partner
Andrew qualified in 1981 having obtained a law degree at Leeds University. He has been in private practice ever since and joined the firm in 2005 to assist in our private client department. He became head of that department on his appointment as a partner in 2006.

Declan Hayes
A native of Skipton and an Old Boy of Ermysted’s Grammar School, Declan qualified in 1998. Initially practising in Skipton, he then spent 6 years working “down the valley” in Keighley and Shipley. He has now returned to Skipton, joining the practice in June 2006 and specialising in property matters.

Leslie Fawcett
A property man, Leslie has had 20 years in this field and knows virtually everything it is possible to know about conveyancing and property law, including residential, commercial and agricultural.

Carolyn Monaghan
Carolyn is a Fellow of the Institute of Legal Executives and a member of the Society of Trust and Estate Practitioners.  She joined the Firm in 2006 to assist in our private client department, specialising in Wills, Trusts and Probate.
